Conference Fees

The registration fees for the 51^st Leeds-Lyon Symposium on Tribology are as follow:

Lunch meals, coffee breaks and poster party meal are included in the conference fee, but not the banquet.

The bed & breakfast option consists in a single room on-site at Valpré. As the number of rooms is limited, this option will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the reservation is only effective when payment is made (online registration is not sufficient).
Rooms will be booked from Tuesday , September 1^st to Friday, September 4^th, 2026.
If you wish to book a room in Valpré outside the given dates (September 1-4), you must contact the hotel and use the promo code "LEEDSLYON2026". The cost of additional nights will be your responsibility.
We have reserved all the rooms at Valpré from September 1^st to 4^th. The only way to book a room at Valpré for these dates is thus by paying for the bed & breakfast option.
If you don't want the bed & breakfast option or if there is no more vacancy, you may check this list of nearby hotels.

The accompanying person option is available for on-site participants, with the bed & breakfast option. It is limited to one additional person per registered participant.
The room and bed will be shared with the registered participant. The accompanying person won't be attending the scientific presentations.

Banquet tickets must be booked for any person wishing to attend the banquet, participants or accompanying persons.

Pre-registration does not in any way constitute a reservation to obtain an "early bird" rate if payment is made after May 31^st.

Cancellation terms:

• 75% refund if the request is made before June 30^th, 2026
• 50% refund if the request is made before July 31^st, 2026
• No refund after July 31^st, 2026
