In order to help the organisers to better appreciate the content of your abstract and organise the sessions in a proper way, the authors are asked to provide three (3) keywords within the list below and one (1) free keyword that define at best the theme of their presentation.

Please fill-in a template file (available as .docx or .pdf) and upload it as .docx during abstract submission procedure. The website will automatically generate a PDF file, which you can upload later for your records. The size of your file should be less than 5 MB. The process is complete when the message “Your submission has been saved” appears on the screen.

You should receive an e-mail acknowledging the upload of your abstract. Nevertheless, when finished, please go to "My submissions" and make sure that your abstract is well uploaded and the content is correct (special characters, figures, etc.).
