- Conference registration is opened since March 15th, 2026
- Notification of abstract acceptance is expected by April 26th, 2026
- Early bird registration and payment will end on May 31st, 2026
- Mandatory documents for application to Maurice Godet award are due before June 30th, 2026
- Conference registration will close on August 16th, 2026
- Arrival on the symposium site will start on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026
- The symposium will take place from Wednesday, September 2nd, to Friday, September 4th, 2026
