DATA PROCESSING (GDPR)

The information entered into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by ATM in order to manage the logistic organisation of the Leeds-Lyon 2026.

According to the Data Protection Act of January 6^th, 1978, modified in 2004, and the EU regulation #2016/679 of April 27^th, 2016 on personal data protection (GDPR) you have at any time, a right of access to and rectification of all of your personal data. PHOTOGRAPHY

In conformity with European regulations, the Leeds-Lyon 2026 delegates are informed that photos or videos will be taken by members of the organising committee or their photographer(s) during the conference and within the conference sites, and that they may be photographed or filmed. They authorise the committee to reproduce and communicate to the public the photos or images taken.

TAKING PICTURES OF SLIDES DURING THE CONFERENCE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. YOU SHOULD RATHER KINDLY ASK THE AUTHOR WHO WILL PROBABLY SHARE THEIR MATERIAL WITH YOU.
